Overall good

One of the items I ordered turned out to be out of stock. The good news wasthe staff was promot and great at communicating with me and ended up s3nding my order in 2 seperate shipments which was great because I was completely out of thread. Overqll good experience despite the supply issue. I hae already reprdered a few other items. The thread itself is exactly what I need and is not easy to find so again I am overall really happy with General Bead.
